Holiday Hours
Our Holiday hours are as follows:
December 23rd 8:00 am to 12:00 pm return on Monday December 28th.
December 30th 8:00 am to 12:00pm return on Monday January 4th.

Product Back Orders!
As a result of our current manufacturing processes, over the past two months, Intaglio has been back ordered on a few items. The reason for this is do to the fluctuations in ordering patterns within our distribution channel(s). We are working very hard to remedy this problem and understand the frustration it can cause. Please understand that this issue will be fixed and is a result of our effort to bring you the freshest product!

Intaglio Professional Training
Starting January 2010 we will hold product knowledge and advanced training classes in the following states: California, Nebraska, Texas and Florida. Venue and cost to be determined as early as late November 2009. Seating is limited so please contact us for availability.

Online Purchasing of Intaglio Products
Over the years Intaglio products have been sold over the internet against our wishes and the wishes of our dedicated skin care professionals. Though we have tried to stop this from happening, it has continued, and rest assured our efforts to stop it, will also continue. Be aware that with our current manufacturing processes and manufactured to order policies now in place, these online resellers are more then likely selling old and expired product. In fact, it might not even be Intaglio. We have a program in place which rewards our Intaglio users when they help us find and stop unauthorized resellers whether it be online or offline. In addition, you may also look at our "Batch Number" section of our website to view the manufactured date so that you can be assured that your product was made by us.

Vitamin A Emollient 7% - changes in color
Committed to our mission statement of quality and freshness, we have sourced a high quality vitamin A and have also changed the formula slightly which has brought out the color of the actual active ingredient. Instead of being a little lighter yellow, it is now a brighter yellow. This change is the result of our goal; to deliver the highest-grade active ingredients in the most pure form.

Intaglio adopts no "Before and After" photo policy
In keeping with its "100 Year Brand" philosophy, Intaglio has adopted a no "Before and After" photo policy in its marketing. Do to the increase in computer and photo enhancement technology, we at Intaglio feel that the proof is in each and every user and what they say and will no longer show these types of photos in its marketing material. To show a picture of one person's skin through this type of marketing is not proof of what is possible with any skin care product(s) but must be demonstrated through daily use and with the advisement of a skin care professional.
